By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Services & Scope
We provide productivity consulting, training, and software recommendations. All services are delivered as described in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW). Deliverables are non-transferable. Use of our content (articles, templates) is for personal, non-commercial use only.
User Obligations
- Provide accurate information during registration or inquiries.
- Do not upload malicious code, spam, or violate intellectual property rights.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-corruption and data privacy.
Payment & Refunds
Fees are invoice net 30 days. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest. Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to start date; no refunds for partial services. All intellectual property rights to deliverables remain with us until full payment.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply to death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The venue is the city of our registered office. EACH PARTY WAIVES RIGHT TO CLASS ACTION.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
